Order Policy: All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders received for in-stock merchandise before 12PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day!Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box and/or must ship to your credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you, and us as the merchant. We cannot be held responsible if your order is delayed for any of these or other reasons. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call us directly.
Please Note: While we try to accommodate all of our customers, any special requests made while placing your order can not be guaranteed during the shipping process (including but not limited to having orders shipped to one place, but have all literature and invoices mailed to another location, thank you cards, or order notes such as leaving at side door etc.) Although we all strive to perform at the highest level possible, we know that mistakes will sometimes be made. While we try to complete all instructions, under no circumstances will any special order product be accepted for a return, or will shipping and or related charges be refunded.
Shipping Policy: We use UPS or USPS as our shipping carrier. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. We have negotiated incredible rates with UPS and USPS that allow us to ship our products to our customers at extremely competitive prices. In addition, UPS and USPS provides each of our customers within the contiguous 48 states and Canada with a tracking number (will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them) that allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!
All shipping cost will be shown during checkout. If you need exact shipping charge, please feel free to email us at for accurate fees. We offer our customers the option to upgrade to UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2 Day Air. In addition, if purchasing multiple items from us, we will send you an invoice with combined shipping charges so that we can save you money. Combined shipping is available on most products, the software will automatically calculate for you based on the items that you have purchased. It is usually a 10-15% discount.
Please Note: Combined orders can only be delivered to one address!! Keep in mind that UPS Will not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses and does not deliver on saturdays! Your order will ship standard UPS ground if you do not select a shipping service upgrade!
International buyers On international and everywhere else we use the USPS which is the most efficient method in terms of costs for you. The Shipping methods can be upgraded to UPS international by emailing us beforehand. Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within 2 business days from when we receive your payment.
Important: For all INTERNATIONAL buyers: You may be charged some additional fees upon the delivery of your item. These may include, but are not limited to: brokerage fees charged by the shipper, customs, taxes, VAT taxes, import duties, and custom clearance fees. These additional charges can be particularly high . Please be aware that we will take no responsibility for these or any other additional charges. The buyer is fully responsible for paying these additional charges. If you are unwilling to pay these charges, please do not bid this item.
Return Policy: We do replace! All sales are subject to availability of product. Any damages or shortages must be reported within two days from when your package is delivered. You must keep all packing and shipping boxes and materials or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged items. Refund will be provided or substitute item offered if purchased item is no longer available. Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured. All warranty service and technical support are provided by manufacturer. If item is defective, repair and/or replacement shall be via the advertised Warranty provider. We are only able to refund shipping costs if a wrong item was sent. If an item arrives damaged, we will send out another item via the same shipping method as originally chosen, but we will not refund the shipping costs.
